The smart-looking Amazo with its glass walls and dark wooden furniture offers a wide range of cuisines, mostly fusion food keeping with the local tastes, and attracts a cosmopolitan crowd of families and young execs. The one at Prahladnagar, however, is not as smart and lacks good ventilation. For both lunch (noon to 4pm) and dinner (7.30pm to 10.45pm), they serve a very good Greek Salad, lasagne, and a good range in pastas. They also do good North Indian food. Look at the signs at the foot of each page of the menu for healthy options, Jain options and new introductions. If you visit between meal times, they offer sandwiches and subs with their signature fillings (Mexican Sandwich, a spicy Indian Paneer Sandwich, etc.), Stuffed Parathas with Black Dal, Vegetarian Kathi Rolls, open-faced Toasted Sandwiches, etc, most of which are pretty okay. End on a sweet note with Apple Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream, Chocolate Brownie Sundae or one of the frozen desserts from their gelato counter.

I have always visited Amazo either after lunch or before dinner. During that time, they only serve snacks. I like their Vegetarian Kathi Rolls and Toasted Sandwiches. They are nice and delicious. kathi rolls are nicely stuffed and quite filling. Also, they have Apple Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Chocolate Brownie Sundae. They are awesome too. They have decent ambiance and average service.
