During the early 1990s, Lester D�Souza, who has a catering degree and is a pastry chef himself, started Upper Crust, which sold a variety of breads, cakes, cookies, besides serving Chicken Rolls, puffs and sandwiches for those who wanted to stand-and-eat. Since then, he has started caf�s and restaurants but the cake shop continues to do roaring business. Besides buying confections from here, this is a very good place to order special cakes � they have a good range of icings on offer and many ready moulds to choose from.

Upper Crust-The Cake Shop has been the staple choice for ordering cakes and desserts for any occasion or celebration. The cakes are just perfect with amazing choice of icings as per preference of the customers. This Cake Shop does not have any seating arrangement but still customers can be seen enjoying sandwiches, puffs as well as Chicken rolls standing outside the shop and I am one of them. The bakes items of Upper Crust-The Cake Shop is really awesome.
