Grasshopper has always existed as a destination restaurant and takes exclusivity to its height. Located on Bannerghatta Road past the Meenakshi temple, it is open only to those who have made prior reservations. No walk ins. Chef Himanshu Dimri uses only the best produce. Herbs and vegetables used are organically grown in the garden next to the kitchen. The fixed menu changes seasonally. At the time of booking, you are asked for your preferences and they will compose a meal depending on the availability of the best ingredients. Some of the signature dishes that they offer are Braised Veal Chops with Blue Cheese Butter, Ceviche with Orange and Wasabi Drizzle, Balsamic Glazed Beets and Walnut Salad, Chocolate Truffle with Mustard Ice Cream and Lemon Grass Ice Cream. It is open for lunch only on Saturdays and Sundays, rest of the days it's just dinner.

Grasshopper is one place where you can have some of the most delicious and delectable food items....reach to your table and someone is certainly standing in front of you for the order and serve you the menu.....ambiance is soothing and relaxing....great place

To dine in Grasshopper one has to first make reservations in advance and at the time of reservation must mention the preference of food, so that meals are prepared as per the availability of the ingredients that are grown in the next door garden.
To play it safe order Ceviche with Orange and Wasabi Drizzle, Braised Veal Chops with Blue Cheese Butter, Balsamic Glazed Beets and many other things. Grasshopper's exclusivity is its biggest attraction.
