Woody's has a reputation for consistently good vegetarian fare. And while they do some North Indian dishes, it's the South Indian repertoire that is of a very good quality. While the Commercial Street outlet is a small space in the shopping district, this one is more spacious with an outdoor area that is most pleasant in the evenings. For lunch, you can have a thali or a mini-meal here. The tiffin items include favourites like Rasam Vada and very good Rava Dosa. Try also the Kadubu, the spiced idli steamed in a tumbler. The coffee is well-brewed and they have juices and milkshakes as well. The Channa Bhatura finds many takers too.

From the hustle and bustle of Commercial street, Woodys provides a quite calm place to enjoy great food. The snacks range and juices is great along with the fantastic south canara cuisine.

This is one place where you dont expect value for money because the quantity and the price will leave you with a feeling of bad taste in the mouth. It is only popular because of its location. Anywhere else no one would want to go there. Food tastes just ok, nothing great here too.
