A little known place, Republic of Noodles is a fine restaurant that serves classic South East Asian fare from Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia and Burma. Oriental ambience in red, white and gray sets the mood for what is to follow - authentically prepared noodles, stir-fries and clay pot curries are prepared with their own signature sauces. Chef Yu Hing Tham makes his own signature sauces and accompaniments in-house. Do try their Pot Roasted Honey Glazed Pork Spare Ribs, Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Lemongrass Dressing, Banana Wrapped Fish with Balinese Spices, Northern Thailand Khao Swey, Vegetable Pot Stickers and Indonesian Bamee Goreng with Vegetables and Kecap Manis. Decor is elegant and warm. Service is impeccable. If you love Far Eastern cuisine, you cannot afford to miss this place.

I went to Goa with my friends last october, probably the best time to go Goa, had great time, but food became an issue sometimes, coming to our rescue was this place that served us with chinese food we all were badly addicted to. I would surely reccomend this place to all who visit Goa.
