Zaika occupies a rather small space and you may very well have the feeling of being hemmed in. A low ceiling doesn’t do much in that direction either. In any case, it’s not somewhere for a relaxed meal. It’s quick and not-too-expensive all-veg fare, and that’s the lure of the place. The menu comprises Paneer Takatak in a green gravy, Jeera Rice, Veg Pulao and the like. There’s a dessert called Zaika Surprise with layer upon layer of ice cream, cream and other sticky, sweet things. On Sunday, they serve a Gujarati thali with Farsaan, Undhiyo, Kadhi, the works, and that’s a big hit in these parts.

Have been to Zaika numerous times and never been disappointed with food. They serve delicious and tempting Paneer Takatak. The green gravy of this sabji tastes amazing. Jeera Rice, Gujarati thali, Farsaan and Undhiyo are amazing too. They are luscious and scrumptious. Décor and service of the place are quite average. Servers serve at their speed without taking any pain for that matter.
