This alfresco restaurant is dedicated to food typical of the North West Frontier province. Rugged and with a style of its own, this restaurant encourages you to eat with your fingers but will provide cutlery if you wish. Go in a group and order the Sikandari Raan or the iconic Dal Bukhara with the family sized naan. The Murgh Malai made with cream cheese, malt vinegar and green coriander is particularly good. Try the Kulfi Falooda if you have any room left. A great place to entertain guests from abroad.

In Bangalore, The Royal Afghan is the only destination that is specialized in North West Frontier cuisine. In fact, they have actually created a nice rugged and rough ambience to compliment the same cuisine. In this restaurant the food gets extra tasty when I eat with hand without using spoons or forks. Murgh Malai, Dal Bukhara are pure, authentic and lip smacking in taste. The thick naans are filling and to end the amazing dining experience they have Kulfi Falooda. The Royal Afghan is the restaurant to throw a royal treat.
