Newly opened tomatina is a pure vegetarian restaurant serving North Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine. The ambience is warm and has trendy interiors. A separate Jain menu offers food made without onions and garlic, consequently the attention to hygiene is very high. The vegetarian kebabs - Mushroom Malai Seekh and Sesame Tandoori Babycorn do not disappoint. Paneer Badam Pasanda, Dal Panchmel and Palak Kofta curry goes well with a basket of assorted Rotis. The special Sizzler comes with skewers of Paneer Tikkas, grilled vegetables and a piquant tomato concasse. They also had selections from Far Eastern and Continental cuisine including Thai Green Curry and Risottos. What stands apart from the usual offerings in the desserts section, is the Fried Ice Cream.

Tomatina is perfect for the vegetarians in the city. It serves Chinese, north Indian and also European cuisine. Interestingly, there is also a Jain menu with dishes without garlic and onion. Paneer Badam Pasanda, Palak Kofta Curry is my favorite on the menu and Grilled Vegetables is a very healthy option. Tomatina is nice and even though i am a non vegetarian person i enjoy the food here.

This place was much more than what I expected it to be. The beautiful interiors, yummy paneer tikka and the service offered there was just fantastic. I went there with my mother and tried Mushroom Malai Seekh and Paneer Badam Pasanda with chapattis. The quantity was much enough to completely fill our stomachs. The complete meal with a dessert did not made me feel heavy on my pocket.
