Mugen is a Pan-Asian restaurant that's high on looks. The design is modern but there are impressive Oriental splashes, like the chef's table and a Thai-style eating arrangement with fine Benjarong tableware. You have to book this space in advance and then get a many-course meal specially created by the chef. The a la carte menu spans Chinese, Thai and Indonesian cuisine. One of the good things about the place is the abundance of choices for vegetarians: Duet of Mushrooms in Plantain Leaf, Asparagus and Beans in Tamarind Sauce and Hunan Vegetables. Non-veg dishes to order would be the Fried Crab with Beaten Egg and Curry Powder and the many superb satays.

Mugen has contemporary interiors with lavish ambiance. I really like the place and its ambiance. The food is great too. Few things are perfect; whereas some are quite far from the perfection. Duet of Mushrooms in Plantain Leaf, Asparagus and Beans in Tamarind Sauce and Hunan Vegetables are really must try. Fried Crabs are my favorite of this place. The place definitely serves amazing food and service is good too. You can ask waiters for the suggestions too. They are prompt and friendly. They also gave their opinion on the dishes you want. Quite aware waiters. Overall, a great place to have crabs definitely.
