One of the most ambitiously comprehensive menus, Peacock belongs to the same group that owns Woodstok and Crème & Crust in the same area of Indiranagar. The interiors are sleek and modern and done with blue velvet chairs and sofas. Accent lighting with evenly placed spot lights gives the place a nice cool look. A small bar is tucked away in a corner. The Thai Mian Khum-lettuce wraps served with peanuts, toasted coconut, chillies, ginger, shallots, lime and tamarind sauce is a nice preparation. Since the chefs are from North India, sticking to Indian fare might be a better bet. Try the classic Tandoori Chicken. It is mildly spiced and sans the ubiquitous red colour. The Chicken Tikka Sizzling Platter is an interesting offering with two rumali rotis served on a bed of caramelised cabbage. The Tikka Masala is rich and creamy. Peacock serves a vegetarian thali and, a non-vegetarian thali too.

The name of the place attracted me towards it. The ambiance is a nice and quiet one. The service is amazing and so it the quality of the food. I liked my visit a lot.

I visited this place with my brother. We ordered bagara baingan, okra fry, veg dum biryani, prawn curry, chiken chettinadu and for the desserts we ordered double ka meetha and gulab jamun.
