Venturing into the new space of Modern Indian cuisine, this new restaurant on Indiranagar's 100 Feet road is located across 2 levels with an indoor and outdoor dining area, a private dining room and a lounge section. An open display kitchen flanked by a long bar and lush foliage overlooking the outdoor section, this place has a luxurious feel. We started with Appetizers like a Prawn Tart with Spicy Chorizo and Brandy Braised Leeks, and a Tandoori Chicken Platter with Coriander Scallion Chutney, Peanut Chaat, Black Olive Tapenade & Murabba. Lamb Chops with Rosemary, Dijon mustard served with Roganjosh Gravy sounded quite complex but were nice. The Stuffed Chicken Makhani - a herb-marinated Chicken Supreme with sun-dried tomato, goat cheese stuffing and "butter chicken mousseline" could have done with subtler flavours. Chef's handling of ingredients was good but it is a new restaurant with an ambitious menu, Thulsi n Thyme deserves a revisit.

It was great to visit such an amazing place to try some European Cuisines. Good ambiance to enjoy food with special drinks. I was very impressed by the service. I would love to visit this place again.

I was impressed by the open kitchen at the place. I tried the Prawn Tart with Spicy Chorizo and Brandy Braised Leeks, Dijon mustard and Stuffed Chicken Makhani. But, all the food items ordered here tasted well. It is a must place to revisit again and again.
