While the old Banjara at Kumarakrupa Road, is closed, Aura, which is run by the same group on Cunningham Road, has also now been taken over by the Banjara brand. It's good old multi-cuisine fare here - with South Indian, North Indian and some Indo-Chinese fare on offer. The office set crowds the place during lunch time for the value-for-money buffet which has quite a spread on offer. If eating à la carte, you may wish to check out the Mutton Seekh Kebab and other offerings from the tandoor. Some regional specialities like Fish Curry, Squid Koliwada and Kori Roti can also be good on a given day, but consistent quality is not assured. The restaurant called Banjara in Jayanagar earlier belonged to the same owners but now it does not belong to the same group.

IF YOU WISH TO JUST SPEND THE MONEY FOR THE SOCIAL BEING AND NOT A FOODIE THIS IS FOR THOSE PEOPLE TO SHOW OFF!!!
