Look for the board which tells you the special seafood of the day and choose what preparation you want. There are no frills at this eatery that occupies a sparse room and no more. The food is also served without much ado. Prices are reasonable and service is a little scratchy. Amidst all this Kubay continues to serve up the honest-to-goodness coastal fare it’s always been known for. The seafood is the most popular order here and they do it in many styles - Butter Garlic Squid, Masala Prawns, excellent Fried Fish and more. The Fish Curry is just as it should be, combining beautifully with the Neer Dosa and the Boiled Rice if you have the taste for it. This is pretty much the thing to order here, though they do a nice Pork Vindaloo served with Sannas as well.

Except Butter Garlic Squid, Masala Prawns and Fried Fish, i didn't find anything worth taking at Kubay. The place is good and interiors are good too. Masala Prawns is something very delicious. Kubay is good place to have some wonderful Masala Prawns.
