If you are one of those fans of Japanese food who mourn the shutting down of the good old Dahlia downtown, then this place should bring you cheer. For Fujiyama at Hotel Aspasia is run by the staff from Dahlia. The team of cooks and serving staff has always been known for their skill, efficiency and knowledge, able to guide even those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine through a meal. Starters here include Tofu Teriyaki, Gyoza and Sweetened Egg Roll. Of course, the Sushi and Sashimi is there, as also the Tempura. For main course, try the Beef Katsu - crumb-fried beef served with rice, miso soup and Japanese pickle or the Stir-fried Ginger-marinated Pork. There's also a bento Box for convenience. The setting, unfortunately, is not particularly stylish or elegant.

I love Japanese food and Fujiyama served me delicious cuisine. Tofu Teriyaki, Gyoza and Sweetened Egg Roll are just delicious. Sushi is made in a way that it tastes like the authentic Japanese Sushi. I love the place and the food, for sure.
