Decor
Elegant and minimal interiors in rectangular dimensions, Barbeque Factory exudes a feeling of space. The walls double up as an art gallery adorned with paintings that are available for sale. On closer inspection we spotted the signatures of artists like Ganesh Doddamani and Shekhar Ballari.

Food
Already a year old Barbeque Factory in Koramangala is a meat lover's paradise. Their mouth-watering and succulent kebabs are simply irresistible and served with a choice of four chutneys. An 'eat all you can' menu is served at the table, saving you the trouble of standing and jostling in a queue. Starters include a range of kebabs like their signature Shikampuri served on honey parathas or the angari murgh tikka. Vegetarians can enjoy the tandoori aloo murabba, bharwan mushroom or paneer achari. Different dals are served every other day with a dhuandaar/smoked tadka. We also liked their tangdi kebab and the Hyderabadi dum biryani. An excellent 'Diplomat Pudding' made with jelly, dry fruits and custard ended the meal on a sweet note. As if that was not enough we were also offered a tender coconut shot and a pre-prepared paan in the form of a toffee. No individual prices here as this is a prix fixe menu - Monday to Thursday@ 430 (veg) and 530 (non veg). Add another 70 for weekend menus.

Service
Service used to be slow but the restaurant is now amply staffed and the servers are always there to refill your plate.

Plus and Minus
Excellent value for money if you are a big eater but what about those with a small appetite? Maybe the restaurant should introduce a lesser priced version for office goers who eat out on a regular basis.

Mutton Shikampuri Kebab and Tandoori Pineapple.
