Rasa has many things going for it. The rooftop lounge, Shish for one. This open-air space, lit by flaming torches, is a great place to nurse a drink in the evening. Here they serve Continantal, Chinese, Mughlai and South Indian food. Then there's Hejje, on first floor, the restaurant that showcases the regional cuisines of Karnataka. And what a splendid variety there is - from the Mangalorean Kane Rava Fry to the Malnad Pork and the addictive Chilli Roti, also from Malnad. The Kori Roti here is among the best in town, and the Prawn Curry is perfection itself. Vegetarians have choices aplenty. Every dish stands out with its unique blend of spices, condiments and cooking style. If you want a real taste of all that's good in Karnataka cuisine, head to Rasa in Malleswaram. On second floor there is Timber (the bar). There is live music from 8pm to 11pm (except Monday and Tuesday).

They have an open air space area for dining which makes the seating arrangement all the more cool. They serve excellent food. Prawn Curry is worth trying. If you want a real taste of all karnatakan food, then you must go.
