BonSouth is a splendid showcase for the food from the four South Indian states. Chef Venkatesh Bhat's masterly menu is like a culinary voyage through Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The setting is stylish and the service efficient. For starters, try classics like the Kerala Lobster Ularthiyathu or the Kane Bezule from the Mangalore coast. Main course curries, to be eaten with fabulous Appams or Parota, include Kozhi Varutharacha Curry from Kerala and Chettinad-style Nandu Kuzhambu. They are spicy, fragrant, rich - a real flavour of the south. Vegetarians will find plenty to savour - the Mamidikkai Pappu and the Vegetable Stew. Dessert must be the delightful Paal Paniyaram.

Bon South has nice, modern and exquisite interiors. I loved the ambiance of the place a lot. I like there food as well. They serve amazing Prawn Porichathu, Kozhi Melagu Curry, Alleppey Fish curry and Lobster Thokku. Food is delicious and yummy. Fish curry is delectable and the taste of curry is so good that every flavour can be tasted. Service of the place is quite great too. They are quick, cordial and friendly.
