CTR is a Malleswaram institution. And you wouldn't guess at that merely by looking at the place. It's an unassuming little eatery, which has kept the same look for many decades now. The furniture is purely functional and you'll be rubbing elbows with your neighbour while you tackle your Bonda. If you ask for a napkin, they give you a square of newspaper. And if it's still buzzing with people - the young, the old, the traditional, the trendy - it's because of the fantastic Masala Dosa they offer. Thick, golden, rich with ghee, stuffed with potato masala.

Institution of Malleswaram is an apt title for CTR cos anyone who has lived in this side of the city would have eaten atleast 100 masala dosas in their lives. Not to forget the piping hot filter coffee and bondas.. The nicest thing is its old world ambience and the quality of dosas which is pretty much intact over the years. Plz be prepared to wait (its a routine) b4 ur turn comes and have a gud fill..

They serve amazing Dosa, Meddu Vada, Manglore Bhajji, fairly good Idli and tea/coffee. Price is also low compared to similar restaurants. Quality is the best amongst all.
