This is one of Bangalore's most beautiful restaurants. The verdant expanses of Taj West End provide an enchanting setting and this gem-like space shimmers in its midst. High ceilings and wooden platforms give it an Oriental charm, complemented by silk-shaded lanterns and jewel-toned furnishings. Flaming torches add a touch of magic by night. By day, you can watch the sun-dappled waterbodies. It's refined Vietnamese available here and you may choose to begin your meal with Crispy Lotus Stem in Tamarind Sauce or Scallops in Black Pepper, Garlic and Oyster Sauce. The classic Pho Soup is also a must-have, especially if you're looking for a light and nourishing meal. Other signature dishes here include Steamed Chicken in Rock Salt and Chicken Yellow Cari. Their speedy Vietnamese Bento Meal is certainly worth trying.

Bangalore’s only Vietnamese restaurant Blue Ginger’s interior is worth noticing, worth admiring and worth mentioning. The lightening, the use of colors and the attire of the waiters are all in sync with the ambience and delicious food. The menu is a complete delight and the recipes are authentically followed. The best dish in terms of flavor is their Pho Soup and Scallops is a wonderfully prepared. Blue Ginger is an journey of Vietnamese food and I love to take this journey again and again with my friends and family.

They serve the best vietnamese food in India...you must try the raw mango salad which is a tangier version of the raw papaya salad along a noodle based soup they have for vegetarians which is very tasty and complete as a meal...must visit once
