Named after Sir Mark Cubbon, synonymous with Bangalore's green cover, this all-day dining restaurant of the ITC Royal Gardenia boasts an international buffet and an interactive juice bar. The living wall at the restaurant comprising of 25,000 plants with a sky light at the top enhances the mood, setting and ambience in keeping with ITC Royal Gardenia's ethos of 'Responsible Luxury'. Its best dishes are the Classic Caesar Salad, Pink Salmon Slow Cooked in Parchment, Gardenia Mixed Grill, Little India Platters and Singapore Laksa. The Cubbon Tiramisu, Pavilion Hot Chocolate Fudge and Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut Parfait are excellent. The Sunday Brunch is easily the most comprehensive in the city and has a menu that now includes offerings from their Japanese restaurant - Edo. Three cheers for that!

beautiful and pleasant ambiance.....go green all the way ay Cubbon Pavilion....great ambiance i must say...it was eye-grabbing and soothing place.....fast and friendly service of the place was another thing you will notice for sure.....food is great too.... tried quite a few things but each and every offering was delectable....great time....

The ambiance was very impressive, as the concept is green, u get to see green plants which r made to grow on the wall, even the drinking water glass has a greenish touch. A must visit to all those who luv wide range of dishes n not to forget the exotic fruits.

Had a very bad experience!!! They served us water glasses that were stinking like we were sitting by a dirty fish tank!! Inspite of telling them to change the glasses they continued to bring in our order.. Our soup got cold waiting for spoons and when the spoons were brought we had to wait for pepper( which we requested at the start itself) oh and the service continued inspite of us showing discomfort.. When we expressed our discomfo to the staff, they did not even apologize leave alone empathize with us!! Did not expect this for a valentines eve!! Complete let down since we suggested this place to our friends too!!
