As the name suggests, this restaurant at the ITC Royal Gardenia offers dishes that originated in Central Asia and ultimately found a home in India. Rugged earthiness is reflected through the interiors and architecture. A variety of kebabs come from the restaurant's clay ovens, iron tandoors, charcoal and pathar (stone) grills along with rustic angeethis and tawas. Delicately flavoured Qormas, Qaliyans and Salans simmered in deghs, copper handis and cauldrons enliven your meal. A silken Kakori Kebab whets your appetite followed by Murgh Angaar and Tali Hari Machli. Recommended are Nihari accompanied by Taftan and Uzbeki Naan, Gucchi Dara paired with Warqi Paratha, Dum Pukth Biryani, Dal Bukhara and the Shaan-E-Aam — a mango and cream dessert topped with gold leaf. The melt-in-the-mouth kebabs here are undoubtedly the best in the city.

For north Indian and to be specific tandoori, mughlai as well as awadhi food I come to Kebabs & Kurries restaurant in the city. Authenticity in terms of food quality and ambience has been highly maintained in this restaurant and there is a rugged and rustic beauty in this place. Kebabs are their specialty and my favorite is their Kakori Kebabs of this place. The Tali Hari Macchli and Dum Pukth Biryani are the other must haves of Kebabs & Kurries.

K&K turned out to be a dampner !
Pretty average food and also for the money charged, nothing really great in the ambiance and the overall experience.
Expected much much much more !
