Hard Rock Cafes worldwide occupy buildings with oodles of character. Bengaluru is no different. And HRC here is in one of the most carefully and stylishly restored heritage buildings in the city. The stone building, with its high ceiling and charming patio outside, sees some high-energy action through the week. The bar is buzzing and spins out a fab range of cocktails, like the signature LIT. The music is loud, but there's a quieter space to escape to. While HRC has a comprehensive menu - finger foods, mains and dessert - it's far better suited for an evening of drinks than a meal. It's all American-size portions of creamy Pasta, Grilled Chicken and the HRC burger. Desserts are huge and calorie-packed. The Cheesecake is for moments of sheer abandon. Service is super.

the only funny thing about hard rock is that the ambience is better than the food! anyway, even the food is okay and some of the stuff is really nice, including the drinks. appetizers are good enough and worth a try.
