Khansama - Indian Master Chef - brings you a rich repertoire of Indian kebabs and curries, from the royal chronicles. Located inside the plush UB City Mall, this restaurant will impress you with its rich decor and warm service. It's a sprawling place, but when it's packed with those making a beeline here for the buffet lunch, it can seem crowded. By night, though, the restaurant shows off its better aspects and appears quite elegant. The á la carte menu, offers exotic vegetarian options like Chonk Ki Tikki, Bhatti Paneer and Lahsooni Singhada Palak. Newly introduced non-vegetarian options include Murgh Zartaari, Tarmezi Qorma and Tonk ki Lagan Biryani.

Indian food prepared excellently and served authentically…. Their lunch buffet is good in variety and the la carte menu also has few surprises…For non vegetarians there are a lot to look forward to.

This place has royal and very rich looking interior where Indian kebabs and other popular items are served with grand style. Bhatti Paneer, Singhada Palak are Biryani are from the la carte menu that keeps me taste buds engage and lunch buffet is a good treat for all dining here.
