A small, cozy place Lava is the retro themed bar of the Taj Chandigarh. You might have trouble locating the entrance since it is a bit obscure nearly embedded in one of the walls. The place serves snacks ranging from Indian buddies to alcohol, tandoori and grilled vegetarian and non-vegetarian tikkas, fish, chips and vegetarian platters. The music perfectly complements the premium and top quality alcohol, wines, beers, single malts, that are served here. They have a good range of cocktails. The seating has a typical lounge feel with its chic sofas in orange and black.

I have been a regular visitor of Lava since a long time now. I love the exclusivity of this cozy bar that serves a wide variety of alcohol along with tandoori and grilled dishes. The top quality wines are my thing and to spice things up i add non veg Tikkas and Fish platters. Lava is enjoyable even when one is alone.

The place is small, cozy and pleasant. the music at the background accompanied with drinks and food made my visit worth.
