The bad news first. Lemon Grass has its share of good days and bad days. And now for the good news. There are far more good days than the bad ones, so the odds of you landing up on a bad day are pretty slim. The Dim Sum Platter makes a neat start and you could choose from lamb, chicken, prawn and veggie options. The sauces that go with it are worth a special mention. The Crabmeat Soup makes an impression and the Hunan Prawns are subtly flavoured and the prawns cooked just right. The Sweet and Spicy Chicken is a big draw with the juniors and the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice is a pleasant variation. Where Lemon Grass fails to make an impact is with its noodles, which tastes too pedestrian. The live Mongolian grill at dinner is a unique experience and thanks to grill aficionados in the city, dinner is when this place comes truly alive and bustling. Service is with smiles, and the waiters, in their colourful attire, spread cheer, which is sure to have you condoning occasions when the food takes a tad too long to get to your table.

For Chinese style lamb, seafood and chicken dishes Lemon Grass is where my lusty tough takes me to. Hunan Prawns, Dim Sum Platter, Spicy Chicken and a live Mangolian grill counter and the lists goes on and on of their delicious dishes. Make sure you go empty stomach to have the best of Pan Asian dishes at the Lemon Grass restaurant. They are doing a favor on people my type with food and dishes that are delicious and rare in the city.

Lemon Grass is according to me the finest Oriental restaurant in the city. Not just Chinese, they also serve Monolian food, which I have never tasted before. The new cuisine was a good decision and I will recommend it to one and all who are looking forward to change their cuisine.
