It's a factory alright and it's as busy. The kebabs are all very top-of-the-line stuff. The melt-in-the-mouth Galoutis reign supreme and the Lahsuni Seekh bursts with the goodness of meat and garlic. The Pudina Macchi Tikka is succulent and the mint does not overwhelm the freshness of the fish. Do not despair all ye vegetarians, this factory can't be accused of partiality. There's a veg counterpart for every non-veg preparation. So, there's Subz Galouti Kebab, Pudina Paneer Tikka, Malai Broccoli and Atishi Tandoori Aloo. The kebab meal is by course and comes accompanied by breads. Playing an equally important role are the dals and biryanis. There's a Badam Milk welcome drink, Chhaas somewhere in-between the meal, and over-frozen kulfi to round up the culinary experience. The quantities are unlimited, so it's best that you come to the Great Kabab Factory on a completely empty stomach.
