Hip Asia offers a vast selection from Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysia and what is more exciting is that each section has its own selection of soups, starters and main course. Try their signature salad dish the Yasai Salad - it is absolutely light and crunchy and a must have to start the meal. The Mango Kerabu - Malaysia Raw Mango Salad with mint dressing has a hint of pesto and is delicious. The Sushi is excellent - the tofu No Amai Shitake Maki-fried Tofu, which is sweet shitake mushrooms rolled in rice and seaweed. And the Ebi - Tempura maki-Shrimp Tempura, Sesame Seeds, Tempura crunch topped with Teriyaki Sauce, is definitely worth a try. The Prawn Tempura and Soft Shell Crab Tempura is just perfect. The tofu Sambal - bean curd toasted with Sambal paste is highly recommended. The Australian Sseabas, in oyster garlic sauce with grilled shitake mushroom is to die for! The Prawn Koang Phad Kapprao stir fried in a spicy sauce of roasted chili paste was fresh and had an interesting flavour of Thai galangal and lemon grass. The sticky fried rice with the Vietnamese yellow vegetable curry is a perfect ending way to end the meal. Sadly, the desserts for not in the same league the water chestnuts in caramel milk is pretty average.

I have eaten once at Hip Asia and find it quite good. The good served was quite authentic in taste. Though I found the place expensive, but food made up all for. I am looking forward to try Japanese here. The décor is good too and service is quite prompt. I loved the place. Hip Asia is a nice place to visit, but little expensive.
