Al Reef is among the first noticeable pit stops for fuelling up while you are driving down the ECR. If you are very hungry, this value-for-money Arabian restaurant can provide you with just the manna you're looking for. The Chicken Shawarmas here are a must try as are the tandoori dishes. They make a awesome Fish Tandoori and its quite palatable. They do have their version of biryani here, but South Indian taste buds fed on hard core spices, may find it a bit bland. They would also offer a small Chettinadu spread. There are several branches of Al Reef in the city now. To locate the nearest one go to www.alreefrestaurant.com
