Famous for its rather pricey breakfast (Rs. 830) Cinnamon does not disappoint. It has a lavish spread that includes European, Oriental, Indian and South Indian food. If you are the sort that eats only one good meal a day, head for Cinnamon at the Trident Hotel. The tables and chairs have been arranged cafe-style just beyond the elegant marble floored foyer and atrium; the intention seems to soothe your senses into eating some more. Latest on their menu is the Thin Crust Wood Fired Pizza, which they claim to be exclusive to them. "We have four types of vegetarian varieties," says the restaurant manager. And listed on the menu are two non vegetarian options: chicken and pepperoni. If guests so desire, they could request other toppings on their pizzas, and the Cinnamon staff will happily oblige. One sweet ending that simply must be tried is the Chocolate Fondant. It's hot, dense, dark brown exterior oozes chocolate when pierced. Somewhat like a bleeding heart. And making matters more tempting is the ice cream that accompanies it.

Roasted Chicken, wood fire cooked pizza and Caramel Custard the real pleasures of life at available at the Cinnamon restaurant. The healthy food platter is also a good breakfast option in the morning hours and thus I do not mind coming to Cinnamon regularly.

Fast service and great food describes Cinnamon perfectly. You can have anything from Pale Shrimps to Slivers of Hams. The food here is awesome and the service is very fast. I love chickens and roast meats, offered by the place. Caramel Custard is second best thing Cinnamon serves. Last time I tried Wood-fired Pizzas that were delicious. Next time it will be breakfast buffet.
