One of the most happening bars of the city, Distil is packed to capacity on most nights. The Ladies Nights on Fridays are enormously popular and are packed with a mixed crowd of people from all over Chennai. The occasional theme nights are great with the celebrity bartenders being picked from the 'Who's Who' of the city. The very hip DJ puts out some great music and is also a mini celebrity himself. The Bloody Mary's or the charmingly named Bloody Shame are great choices for either the drinker or the teetotaller, and they also have Mojitos, Frozen Margaritas, Daiquiris, and the Caipirissimas which are hugely popular choices with the regulars from the experienced bartenders at Distil.

The space of this bar and design gives it quite a unique feel that not many other bars in Chennai can match. The live band on tuesdays at Distil is worth checking out. Service is excellent...The drinks like Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitans are really good.

I liked the drinks here and even enjoyed the ambiance. Snacks are good and lovely atmosphere. We four of us enjoyed a lot. Rocking music and great drinks..nice combi

Distil is very chic. Menu had a good selection of cocktails, wines and spirits. Snacks were okayish nothing great at all. Pricing is a tad bit high, but the service was quick. I am sure it will continue to do well.
