It has interiors, that is supposed to help sell the food. But if the waiters are not in a cooperative mood, one can have the most appetising frescoes on the wall and you will still lose your appetite! The seafood variety that Coastline offers is extensive and the food delectable. The Grilled Fish, Baked Fish, Prawns Fry and the Crab Rasam is a must try, and for the ravenous the Fish Biryani or even plain rice with any of the fish gravies can be quite fulfiling; ditto for the Karaikudi Kuli Panniyaram Chicken Chettinadu. They need to improve on their service. As the book goes to press we hear they have recently opened a branch in Anna Nagar.

I had a bad lunch at Coastline and service is really slow.

This restaurant serves best coastal food in the town. Their fish curry, prawn fry and fish biryani are to die for. The food is fresh and spicy. The restaurant ambience is not that great, however, worth the quality of food we get.
