So, you're craving for South Indian food and feel the pull of all the four cuisine-forward states- Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. You want Kal Dosai, but you want some spicy gongura chutney, Karaikudi gravy, Biriyani and melt-in-your-mouth Kerala-style fish too. Don't scratch your head in confusion. Head out to Malgudi, where you can enjoy the wholesome goodness of all four lands. The best thing about the restaurant is that you not only get to sample select dishes from these southern states, but you get an entire spread. So, if you start off with some mouth-watering Atukal soup that sets the tone for better things to come, the soft aapams from God's Own Country, will make you sigh with contentment- and teamed with the stew (chicken, mutton or vegetable), the deal only gets better. There are also the usual bisibelabaths and parotas that will set the gastric juices dancing with equal merry. For dessert there is a decent spread too, but the Kulfi is a must-try. So, the next time the South calls, you know where it's going to be answered
