This charming little café, snugly nestled in a posh locality in the city, has staunch loyalists, both among foodies and the hoity-toity set; the latter because the ambience this place offers is decidedly chic. Funky pop art, minimal lighting and very-European seating make this place the perfect place to sip on a coffee and gossip or go the whole hog and dig into tantalizing fare. If the place is frequented by the size-zero and health-conscious brigades, it is because the menu has on offer, spry soups and salads. But if you want to leave the leaves for another day, dive into the creamy pastas or sumptuous somethings from the antipasti section like the cheese jalapeNo. nuggets and brushetta. If protein is your routine, you’d do well to sample the melt-in-your-mouth lamb shanks that come with just the right serving of mashed potatoes and curried veggies and the Grilled Chilli Prawn with Garlic Butter, which isn’t as brilliant as its predecessor, but nice all the same. Try the Chicken Achari Tikka Sandwich if you’re on the run, as it comes highly recommended and is served really quick! The service, overall, is rather quick too, but that doesn’t mean you should leave without trying out the dessert, as this is where true comfort lies. The wild berry crumble is simple ‘sin’sational while the yoghurt cheesecake will make twiggy twits jump with joy.

Every time I feel low my best friend takes me to Latitude By The Park because of their desserts and my fondness for them. The menu of restaurant is not too elaborated but still very delicious. Indian, Thai, Continental and middle East delicacies are their specialties. I like the way they prepare couscous salad and jalapeno sandwich. In desserts Oreo Choco Brownie and chocolate gateaux is simply superb. Latitude By The Park is a sweet destination for me and a little bit overrated dishes are worth the money.
