Walking into Kryptos by Willi's dark, cave like interiors you will wonder at its plan. Then you will see it open up into one large hall with eclectic walls done up by different artists using mediums like stone and wood. Well planned spaces make the atmosphere alive when it's filled with people. And the well lit show kitchen brightens up the restaurant. Do take a look at the menu. It is thoughtfully bi-lingual - in English and Tamil. This is because many local senior citizens come here to explore new tastes, textures and flavours. They would like to know what they are eating and are often left wondering at the odd sounding names of ingredients. The salad buffet is this restaurant's healthy attraction. It has the corporate world of men and women coming in to grab a nutritious Greek bite and leave. If time is on your hands, then take the pleasure of ordering a la carte. For the Kryptos menu has a lot to offer. The Calamari Rings and the Lady Finger Fish are a must try for the sea foodies, while the White Bean Soup paves the way into a really interesting session with Greek twists. If you are into trying out different foods and do not mind a little extra salt, do check out the Cypriot Halloumi Cheese. It comes along with buttered potatoes, broccoli and herbs. The Chicken and Cheese Kebabs have the goodness of chicken, minced cheese and spinach. Beef lovers go ecstatic over the Beef Tenderloin Skewer with rosemary, mustard and rock salt. You simply have to eat the Yoghurt Panna Cotta. It's light and satiates the sweet tooth quite effectively. Still feel like more? Try the Baklava with its nuts encased in sticky sweet puff pastry, it is a classic.
