Considering the fact that Jaavaid’s Kebabs N Kurries is the first Kashmiri restaurant in Chennai, the quality of the food is really top-class. Being a Kashmiri myself, I’ve been yearning to have a taste of authentic Kashmiri food ever since I had settled in Chennai and it has finally happened, thanks to Jaavaid’s! The kebabs they make here are absolutely delectable and it would make you wanting for more! Over here, I have to make a mention of what I feel is the best: Mutton Charchinari. I had eaten this back in my hometown but I don’t remember it tasting this good! When we asked the chef about it he was patient enough to explain to us that it is lamb chops marinated with yogurt, special Kashmiri spices and herbs

i think Jaavaid's is one of the best restaurants in Nungambakkam and i'm sure a lot of them would agree to it! The ambience is really soothing and perfect for fine dining and i dont think the prices are too high either considering the fact that the other restaurants in that area charge a lot more! their customer service is again impeccable as they constantly keep checking on us to see if we need anything. the food is really great and i personally dont understand why the person above has rated it so bad as its absolutely nothing like tat! i've been to jaavaid's a number of times and i only find it getting better each time. i would definitely reccommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect experience out there!

one of the best places to eat in town. There's a wide variety of food here that had me bowled over. i just loved the kebabs and al yakhni. dont miss goshtaba when you go here. this place really surprised me with the lavish food.
