Located on the ground floor of Hotel Abu Palace, Promenade offers a peculiar dining experience. The decor of the dining hall is comfortable, with dim lights and comfortable couches and straight-back chairs. You may be in for a surprise as Promenade has live Tamil music. This place is definitely not the best place if you want to have conversation over your meal as the blaring speakers force one to scream over the loud music. The Arabian dishes, which is the hotel's speciality, is top notch. Sattoush Salad, Tabbouleh Salad, among the starters, are the best and the Kpasa Rice is a must have. The Grilled Platter and the Grilled Prawns offer a great spread to whet your appetite. A few European dishes are on the menu but you can safely give them a pass. Tandoori dishes are excellent. The Rumali Roti and Mutton Seekh Kebabs are to die for. Mocktails and cocktails are offered but don't go there. The restaurant doesn't have the expertise to prepare the cocktails the right way and correct ingredients are often not used. Local brands and premium imported liquors are offered.

the ambiance of Promenade is quite comfortable with soothing and calm lighting. however, there is nothing striking in the restaurant. food is good. i had sattoush salad, grilled platter, grilled prawns and mutton seekh kebabs. all these were amazing and appetizing. i really loved them all. they were nicely presented and taste was awesome too. service of the place was superb. waiters were fast and friendly. they were at the service and welcomed us with warm smile.
