I have been visiting to A2B restaurant ( Triplicane) for past 2 years and my observations are given below:
Food items are getting dearer day by day whereas quality of services are getting poorer.
If the restaurant is crowded , no one is even bothered to offer a seat to wait or to respond.
Duty Manager’s attitude and head weight is terrible and can’t be taken as granted.
Time to time Menu cards are changed but they forget to update the rates/ prices on the same timely. When I asked the reason , the manager said it will be like that and if you want to complain , then knock the door at head office. If we, the customer has to go and complaint each n everything at HO, then what the heal is he doing at restaurant. Can’t the manager give a satisfactory reply or convince the guest .
Suggestions:
In my opinion a complaint or suggestion book has to be maintained at each and every restaurant and to be monitored on daily basis. All the complaints has to be taken seriously and followed up in time either with a call revert or having a discussion in person.
As we know in any service or hospitality industry, Customer satisfaction plays a key role for the growth and establishment of business and to retain the good will as well.
Hope this time atleast a small review can open the eyes of the management and take necessary or adequate actions.

i tried prawn for the first time at Illusions.. it was a great experience.. enjoyed the place a lot.. perfect for an evening full of sumptuous continental food.. great place.. check out at least once..
