Copper Chimney is a gourmets delight. We feasted on delicious and mouth watering Thinga Nisla and Machehi Tikka, both fresh succulent and grilled to perfection. The Paneer Tikka was soft and glazed golden in the tandoor. I recommend the tandoori, gobi for vegetarians - flowerethes of cauliflower marinated in yoghurt spiced with herbs and barbequed. The palak Paneer was melt in the mouth and the gravy of pureed spinach with a hint of dry fenugreek reminds are of home style and wholesome fare. The Fish Begum Bahar - fillets of fish in a rich cashew cream sauce is a blend of Indian and Western very mild and light and delicious. The Dal Maharaja or Kali Dal was exceptional the tandoori roti crisp and the Mutton Dum Biryani is excellent. The speciality of the house Muzzafar is a must try, it is a rich, thick, rabdi, tapped with golden roasted vermicelli. A crunchy creamy Lucknow sensation.

The crowd and service was good, though the food wasn't impressive enough to talk about. The kebabs were as good as dry and home-cooked.

Located in the south, the venue still serves the best of Mutton Dum Biryani and kali dal. The place did not made me feel that i am having a north Indian cuisine in south. It made me feel like home. If you really want to have something really awesome north indian ion south, then this place is a must to visit.
