A fine-dining restaurant serving Italian food of the modern kind, Zanotta has its own wine library and an open kitchen with four seats around it. On the sixth floor of the hotel, with good views all around, it is a great place for a slightly formal dinner. The open kitchen is the focus of the restaurant. Each weekend, a specially created degustation menu is prepared in front of no more than four guests. It is a showcase of the talent in the kitchen, complete with premium wine selection. For starters, try Pan Seared Foie Gras with Vanilla and Anis scented Pears. For main course, Grilled Prawns with Black Risotto and Mascarpone is a novel yet perfect combination.

The open kitchen and an amazing wine library is what all you will like at Zanotta. Though wines are quite costly, but they taste great. I also like the food they have especially pasta. Even the try Pan Seared Foie Gras with Vanilla and Anis scented Pears and Grilled Prawns are amazing as well. The special mention for rum infused tiramisu. It is out of the place good. I must say Zanotta is heavy on pocket place, but food is just too delicious to spend money.
