Doda, the rich mithai made with wheat gluten, is the winner here - somewhat of a speciality. You’ll have to edge past the crowds who order boxes and boxes of the stickyrnmithai in vacuum packing, enabling them to last trans - Atlantic flights. Also worth checking out are the Kaju Burfi, Mewa Bite, Milk Cake and Soan Papdi.
