Easy to locate and pretty difficult to resist best defines Nagpal Chholey Bhature. Located in the Lajpat Nagar market, this one offers rather good Paneer Chhole Bhature. Despite the fact that it is crowded and you have to stand and wait, the food here is worth it, by streetfood standards. I strongly recommend the Puri Chhole, Chhole Rice, Paneer Pakora, Samosa, Bread Roll and Kachori. Do be warned, hygiene is a concept that does not exist here.
