This Hauz Khas Village restaurant is different: It serves completely organic meals - even the water comes from Mulshi springs. The 30-cover diner has the finest works from the masters of art on its walls. The menu here is supposed to change every couple of months. There is a range of salads, but the calorie-conscious need not abstain from pastas either. The pastas too are organic - ranging from the regular whole-wheat version to rye, buckwheat and barley. You may go for Spaghetti with Lentil Bolognese, which is a speciality here. The fresh dates (and not sugar) lend a sweet taste to the Walnut and Dates Dessert. Finish it off with a mug of tea or a refreshing Panna. Tattva also sells sun-dried tomatoes, olives and whole-wheat chips.
