Perhaps the only Orissan restaurant in Delhi, Dalma has simple, non-fussy interiors embellished with Odisha paintings. Dalma — the Odisha dal, Chhanka Tarkaari, Chhona Poora are the specialities here. Chuna Maachh and Chingudi fry are delicious. You will also find Chhena Payas, Mutton Kasa (soft, spicy, tasty pieces of mutton in curry), Prawn Coconut Masala, Fish Mustard Gravy, Pakudi Guguni, etc. Kukkuda Jhol, which is chicken curry, may make your day. For dessert, you may have Khira — thick and mildly sweet — and, of course, Rasagolla. Nice prospect for Orissan food lovers.
