Light, airy and spacious, Cafe is one of the best all-day diners around. With plenty of choices in its famous buffet and excellent quality of food in its a la carte menu, it is popular for a quick meal. On the buffet, the cold Lebanese Mezze is the best section. Their Roast Chicken section has different flavours, depending on the day of the week, and is a highlight. The Indian section is their nemesis with its old-fashioned food. On the rather small a la carte menu, one of the best items is a juicy Tenderloin Burger, which is considered among the best in the city. Even the Pan-Fried Seabass with Confit Potatoes and Grilled Leeks is a case of textbook perfection, thanks to the talent in the kitchen.

As an all day dining restaurant Café is a great place in the city to come. Their seafood counter is the best place for me and I take full advantage of its existence. Roast Chicken varieties are heavenly for the non veg lovers in the city. Short name but magnificent variety and very delicious serving are the special characteristics of Café.

A business associate of mine asked me meet him on Café at the Hyatt Regency. I never been to this place before but the moment I entered my attention was captured by the décor and fine detailing of the place. The next thing that truly impressed me was the food menu. Even though it’s a so-called café but the menu definitely makes it more than that. From a number of desserts and breakfast item there are also buffet meals. I had the Great English Breakfast that has amazing bacon and Grilled tomatoes. Café is a true 5 star, one of its kind café in the capital.
