Sidewalk is considered one of the top patisseries and boulangeries in the city. Conceived of as an open-plan 'cart', it lies on a staircase landing where it attracts every passer-by with its display. Hyatt Regency Delhi has had a number of very senior pastry chefs from all over the world and each of them has left his imprint on the goods here. Nothing looks conventional - even the cakes are not baked in standard round moulds but are rectangular, and cake decorations conform to the best and latest international trends. The outlet sells an astonishing 40 kg of its signature Chocolate Truffle Pastries each and every day of the year! In addition, there are Passion Fruit Pastries, Peanut Butter Cheesecake and Strawberry Cheesecake. They also sell Bateel dates from Saudi Arabia and off and on you can snaffle a bar or two of premium chocolate brands like Valrhona or Lindt. Their hot chocolate is the best in the city.

Sidewalk is located in one of the most posh five star hotels in the city and it is quite famous for its desserts and patisseries. The Truffle Pastries are signature item of this place and for me they have got the best Peanut Butter Cheesecakes in the city. Sidewalk is special and every special person of your life deserves a sweet treat here in this lavish and delicious place.

I went Hyatt Regency last week with my business partner. After the meeting we just wanted to have something delicious and different, so we headed towards Sidewalk. We had Peanut Butter Cheesecake which was out of this world. The taste was heavenly good. The staff of the place suggested having hot chocolate and truly it was very delicious. You just can’t ignore going to the Sidewalk.
