The Oudh at the Ashok is for lovers of Awadhi cuisine. And the menu here has been printed in all the official UN languages — French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and English, apart from Hindi. The new restaurant, which was earlierrnDurbar, has been done up and new items added to the menu. And guess what? Durbar did not serve Kakori Kebab, the most popular delicacy of the Awadh region, but in its new avatar, you will not be disappointed. The Jhinga Mehrunnisa and Tangdi Malihabadi are authentic kebabs and are worth trying.rnMurgh Rehana, Nakhas ki Boti, Murgh Siddam Pukht and Hussainabadi Gosht are not bad at all. The accompanying Gilafi Kulchas, Sheermal and Warqi Parathas are good. It's worth the occasional visit.
