Le Cirque is by far the grandest restaurant in the NCR, with service that is contemporary and gracious. The restaurant sprawls across several rooms - a bar, a wine library, a VIP dining-cum-conference room, private dining rooms and a romantic terrace. It has metamorphosed into a sort of club for the rich and famous who congregate here in the evenings, dressed up to the nines! The chef has created the only nouvelle Italian menu in the city. Risotto Bollinger consists of rice actually cooked in Bollinger champagne, scampi, osetra caviar and mascarpone with roasted lime. The concept is that you eat every mouthful of risotto with a different accompaniment for a panoply of flavours in one dish. Wagyu Rossini is an original classic (some dishes have been invented for the new market; others consist of unchanged Le Cirque originals). The lobster poached in olive oil is a masterpiece.

I found this place quite good as it offers great Italian food. Lovely food and great drinks, which has a different taste. Try this restaurant once and you will visit here again. Perfect service.

The place is superbly ,managed and sub-divided into several sections so that there is no confusion, problem or disturbance for one category of customers from another. I am a foodie so chose their dining section where i got a chance to have a company of other foodies. As heard by my friends, I tried out lobster poached in olive oil which even i found out to be awesome and yummy. Having it, i was left in no mood to try out something else as i just loved it. You will also love it if you try it once!
