They will be grilledrnfor you, with the sauce of your choice. The list ofrningredients - tenderloin, salmon, prawns, chicken, lamb - spoils you for choice. This restaurant is located on the top most floor of ITC Maurya and commands stunning views of the green ridge area around the hotel. The restaurant serves international grills.It has an open kitchen and one can seen how they cook & grill the food. The staff very nicely explains the whole concept of their set menu and how it works and changes everyday. There is an exotic spread of salads and meats. Even more exotic were the Grills!!Here, we had to pick whatever we wanted from the Grill Counter and hand it over to them so that they grill the same and get it for us by the time we are done with soup and the salads. The experience with the grills was nothing less than amazing! The ambiance is just perfect to have a quiet dinner at a very leisurely pace to enjoy the evening full of great live music & exceptional food.
