However, it is mithai for which they are best known and the variety includes some innovative kinds. The range of sugar-free mithai is also interesting: Kalakand, Besan Burfi, Moong Dal Burfi and Imarti.

Bikanervala is a name, a brand that actually redefines the vegetarians’ choice of food and flavors. Their special thalis are the best for all seasons and all occasions and I am a big fan of their food quality. Besides the tummy filling thalis, their Dahi Bhalla, Besan Bafri and Imarti are the desi flavors that keep me very happy in this outlet. Bikanervala has loyal fan following in the city and they are a leading choice for vegetarian food for many in the capital.
