They specialize in Honey Chilli Almonds and Lacquered Cashewnuts that make a crunchy and delicious snack or gift option. The best of their cakes is the Star Anise Orange Cake. The other good options are Cointreau Truffle and Maracaibo chocolate ruffle Pastry. Besides a range of breads and savouries, there are items that most other hotels serve at the table but do not sell in their pastry shops: Almond Biscotti and Pistachio Sable. The Passion Fudge and the quiches are good too.
